Where is my data stored?
On cloud infrastructure in Oregon, USA (AWS US-West-2). It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every landlord account is isolated in the database.

Tenant records are isolated per landlord account at the database level, and the most sensitive fields are encrypted with a key held outside the database.

Yes. Reports exports your financial records as a CSV of every transaction or as a PDF summary. For records the CSV does not cover, request a copy by email.
