Yes. ProperLease is available on the App Store for iPhone running iOS 17 or later, and it is free to download. Everything syncs with the web app automatically, so you can log a payment on your phone the moment the transfer lands and run a report at your desk later against the same records.

What the phone is good for
The phone is where the small, frequent jobs happen: logging rent as it arrives, photographing a repair, walking a unit for a condition report at move-in. The web app is where the sit-down jobs happen: setting up a property, generating a lease, pulling the year-end report.
You are not forced to choose. It is one account and one portfolio.
iPad
The iPhone app is not built for iPad today. On an iPad, use the web app in a browser, which works fine on a large screen.
What to do in ProperLease
- Download ProperLease from the App Store.
- Sign in with the same email you use on the web, or with Sign in with Apple.
- If you subscribed to Premium through Apple and the plan does not show, use the restore purchase option on the Account screen.
A few flows, including the month close-out card, currently live on the web app rather than in the iPhone app. Everything you enter in either place appears in both.
