Apps and access

Is there an Android app?

Not yet. ProperLease ships an iPhone app today. On Android, use the web app in your browser, which has the full feature set on any modern phone.

Not yet. ProperLease ships an iPhone app today, and Android is on the roadmap but not released. There is no Google Play listing.

If you are on Android, use the web app at properlease.app in your phone's browser. It is responsive and carries the full feature set, so nothing is out of reach.

What you get in the browser

Everything: properties, tenants, leases, payments, expenses, utilities, maintenance, notices, and reports. The web app is the more complete surface today, not a cut-down fallback. A few things, including the month close-out card, exist only there.

The practical difference on Android is that there is no home-screen icon or push notification from an installed app. Reminders and notices still reach you, by email.

What to do in ProperLease

  1. Open properlease.app in Chrome or your browser of choice and sign in.
  2. Add it to your home screen from the browser menu for a one-tap shortcut.
  3. Make sure your email notifications are set up under Notifications, since that is how the app reaches you when you are not looking at it.
  4. If you also have an iPhone in the household, the iPhone app signs into the same account.
