What does ProperLease Premium cost?
$14.99 CAD per month or $99 CAD per year, which works out to about $8.25 a month. The Free plan covers one property indefinitely, with no card required.

Yes. Cancel from the Account page and you keep Premium until the end of the current billing period, then move to the Free plan. Your data stays put.

Nothing is deleted. Properties, tenants, payments, and expenses stay usable. Premium pages become locked and you cannot add a new property.

Refunds are not offered for partial billing periods. Exceptional refunds for billing errors, double charges, or service issues are considered on request.
