Two trial credits sit on top of that: the first lease you generate and the first report you export are free on the Free plan, so you can see the real output before deciding. Free-plan exports carry a Free plan watermark.
Most landlords start on Free with the property they already own and only move to Premium when a second one arrives or when they need a lease generated.
