Common questions
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, choose "Forgot password" and enter your account email. We will send a reset link. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder before emailing us.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed on iPhone or iPad, open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, and select ProperLease. If you subscribed on the web, open Account and manage billing from there.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your Premium features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.
How do I add more than one property?
The free plan covers a single property with unlimited tenants. To manage additional properties, upgrade to Premium from the Plans and Pricing screen in your account.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Open the Reports section to export your rent, expense, and tax summary data as CSV or PDF at any time.
How do I delete my account?
Open Account, scroll to the Danger zone at the bottom, and choose Delete account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your account and everything stored under it, including every property, tenant, lease, payment, expense, maintenance job, notice, and stored document. It cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep from Reports first. An active subscription is cancelled at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Is my data secure?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every account is isolated so no other user can reach your records. Access to stored tenant documents is logged.
