What the demo does not do
- Nothing you change is saved. The demo holds its state in the page, so a refresh puts the sample portfolio back.
- It does not create an account, ask for an email address, or set a cookie.
- It does not move money, and neither does the real product. ProperLease records rent, it does not collect it.
- It does not generate a lease PDF. That needs your real tenant and property data, so it lives behind sign-up.
